The Scenario:
When VeraBank needed better office functionality for their key Austin location, they leaned on their longtime partnership with the design experts at Adrenaline. The team was charged with addressing functional and operational issues in an existing office suite, optimizing a new expansion space, and bringing the brand to life for all employees working there.
The Solution:
After acquiring an adjoining suite in their new Austin flagship, VeraBank partnered with Adrenaline to spearhead a retrofit and redesign to the office space in their influential new growth location. In just 16 weeks, Adrenaline developed the design and managed all documentation, permitting and construction for the 5,550 square foot space. The new design addressed operational concerns and ensured two office suites worked cohesively together for maximum productivity and employee collaboration and engagement.
To address the full programming needs of the existing space, Adrenaline created a holistic design that incorporated transactional capabilities, created a focal point without a pod or teller, focused on collaboration in furniture choices, and implemented bold wayfinding graphics from elevators to the suites.
To maximize workflow in the back office, Adrenaline developed a workstation design that addressed privacy demands and security concerns. Acoustical ceilings details, carpeting and planter dividers helped to maximize personal space. Building on the finishes from the existing suite, some new selections were added and a new custom neon feature wall was deployed to celebrate the employees and put a signature on the space.
