Ben oversees the delivery of branch network optimization and network transformation consulting for retail banking clients at Adrenaline.
As a key leader in designing and delivering exceptional experiences, he manages the growth of the analytics team and further deepens the company’s expertise in retail delivery and network strategy. Ben has worked in financial services since 2004. On the institutional side, he moved up the ranks from loan officer, branch and district management, retail transformation and network distribution leadership, to senior vice president of consumer bank strategy. Bringing powerful client-side insights to his role, he served in senior leadership roles at both USAA and First Horizon Bank, one of the nation’s largest community banks, prior to joining Adrenaline. A proud University of Tennessee graduate who “bleeds orange,” Ben lives in Nashville with his wife Amy, where he enjoys traveling and raising their two children.
