A committed, approachable and thoughtful leader, she believes in the power of an organization’s people to support and sustain its growth. With the company’s geographically diverse workforce, she leverages a deep and detailed understanding of compliance issues across 15 states and two countries. Her previous work in the construction and financial services industries gave her the ideal background for her current position at Adrenaline. Professionally, Kelley is a senior certified professional accredited by the Society of Human Resources Management. Kelley is an avid equestrian, and provides classical dressage training for horses and riders of all levels from her horse farm outside of Huntsville, Alabama.
